Toyota Prius (NHW30). 2009 to date (prod. unknown). 5-door sedan. 5-door wagon. F/F, 1497, 1798 cm³ petrol–electric hybrid (4 cyl. DOHC). Toyota continues a successful formula with petrol–electric hybrid. Third-generation Prius looks modern, without the fussy styling of contemporary cars. Low C_d at 0,25. Rather expensive in most markets, but better drive and fuel economy than predecessor. Still some wind noise; limited rear headroom due to shape. Subject to claims of brake problems in the media in early 2010. Wagon model, Prius V, shown at Detroit Show in 2011, on sale from the summer.
