Volkswagen Golf Plus. 2005 to date (prod. unknown). 5-door saloon. F/F, F/A, 1595, 1984 cm³ petrol, 1896 cm³ diesel (4 cyl. OHC), 1390 cm³ petrol, 1896, 1968 cm³ diesel (4 cyl. DOHC). Tall version of Golf V, with the original’s virtues of good build quality and acceptable handling despite higher body, thanks to electronic stability control. Certainly not an MPV—it has far poorer space than cars such as the Ford C-Max.
